Amarkai Fitness

After losing weight and going through the ups and downs of trying to keep it off, I realised that I needed regular stimulation to keep me motivated to go to the gym. After attending a dance class after many years of feeling 'too big' to participate in group fitness, I fell back in love with dance again.

I decided I wanted an alternative way of keeping fit, when I didn't feel like going to the gym, but I didn't want to spend too much time learning choreography, I just wanted to dance and sweat! As I couldn't find what I wanted, I decided to create it! I am a Level 2 Exercise to Music (ETM) qualified group fitness instructor based in South East London.

I enjoy randomness (usually I do a different HIIT challenge each month), dancing, music, lifting weights, eating fries and cake (why else would I go to the gym? lol)

I'm currently running 2 bootcamp/circuit classes a week as well as covering for Les Mills Body Pump classes across London. I hope to be doing some more dance soon, so watch this space :-)
