Ana is a mindfulness enthusiast and economist, with previous experience in top level investment banking and management consultancy. In 2003, she completed the MPhil in Development Studies at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) at the University of Sussex, and has since worked as a researcher, manager and consultant, focusing on policy issues that affect the private sector, with a particular focus on supporting industry and government to create more socially inclusive value chains with Lab, a Brazilian sustainability consultancy that she co-founded.
Hilden is a believer in social change, communicator and social innovation specialist. She has supported start-ups, foundations, multinational organisations and boutique firms to reach their full-potential. She also has extensive experience fostering long-term cross-sector partnerships with universities, NGOs, media organisations and think tanks. Hilden holds an MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility from Nottingham University and sits on the Board of the International Centre for Corporate Social Responsibility (ICCSR).
Gyorgyi is a mindful parent of two, with clear view on education and child development. She is also a business analyst with a passion for environmental change and social equality. She owns a company in the food sector that promotes home cooking and ethical value chains.
