Andy Hamilton

Over the past decade I have been honing new ways to share my joint lifelong obsessions of plants and booze. My aim has always been to entertain as much as inform to allow the group or audience to dictate what they get from me and thus create an event perfect for that moment in time.

Andy has made many appearances on the BBC both on TV and Radio, he's written for the Telegraph and Guardian, consulted for Discovery channel and various independent TV companies, you may have caught him getting Jilly Goolden (80's wine icon) to taste his home brew wine on the Titchmarsh show, or giving toffee apples and booze to the Autumnwatch team.

He's written three books all of which explore the world of home booze making and foraging - the most famous of which is Booze for Free. He creates content for the Botanist Gin website and helps out with their high-end foraging academies whilst also running foraging walks for bartenders through Remy Cointreau.
