Anna  is a qualified Mindfulness Teacher and member of the Mindfulness Association. Anna has extensive experience of teaching mindfulness to various groups, including running Mindfulness for Cancer and Mindfulness for Bereavement courses. 

The Mindfulness Approach deliver the Mindfulness Based Living Course which is one of the UK recognised mindfulness courses and is included on the UK listing.

The MBLC has a focus on compassion and loving kindness. Neouroscientists such as Wolf Singer conclude that these practices over time can help change our social behaviour, improve our immune system and generally act as a preventative to many of our mental afflictations. Science has confirmed that the practice of Mindfulness and Meditation helps to strengthen the brain, which in the long term can protect us from diseases such as Alzheimers and Dementia. 

Mindfulness is beneficial to our general well being, it can help us live a content and healthy life.
