Anouska Yoga

Anouska’s classes are inspired by her experiences around the world in a variety of styles of yoga, including Vinyasa, Forrest, and Rocket. Trained in Power Yoga (RYT® 200), her flowing sequences are physically challenging and strongly linked to the breath, while emphasising alignment and the bandhas. Be prepared to sweat, nourish your soul, and find stillness in motion.
