Anthony Waterman

Anthony Waterman is the Managing Director of ADW Developments a company that specialises in identifying and delivering best practice consultancy solutions for the built environment. Anthony often provides consultancy services on projects which are targeting the BREEAM 2014 and BREEAM 2011 Credits.

Anthony is a member of the BSI / ISO committee (TC59/SC14 WG 4 on Life Cycle Costing) responsible for development of international standards on life cycle costing and maintenance of buildings and other constructed assets which are referred to in the BREEAM Life Cycle Costing guidance.
