Anupreet Attridge
Anupreet Attridge is a Bristol-based Recipe Writer, Cookery Teacher and Self-Taught Chef who left her corporate career of sixteen years to follow her foodie dreams. Her cookery style is contemporary where she enjoys the art of the fusion of cultures such as her Smokey Chipotle Tandoori Chicken and ingredients that you wouldn't normally choose to put together, such as Lavender Leg of Lamb aswell as a twist on classics, such as her Summer Tiramisu.
She is currently writing her first cookbook ‘Cook, Fuse, Eat‘ (2019) and she runs pop up restaurants where she can show case some of the recipes that will be featuring in her book. As well as the popular Primrose Cafe in the heart of Clifton Village, Anupreet will be doing various pop ups at some other amazing Bristol locations this year.
In May 2018 Anupreet was invited to demonstrate some of her signature dishes in the Chef‘s Theatre at the Bristol Foodies Festival on Friday 11th and Saturday 12th May.
Anupreet also teaches Indian Cookery at the new dining club and food studio, The Bristol Cookhouse on Gloucester Road.
Anupreet is also a recipe contributor for the online healthy lifestyle magazine The Art of a Healthy Living and her first published recipe, Chicken Jalfrezi ‘Shepherds’ Pie, was an instant hit with the readers. Some of her other recipes published are: Mulled Wine Vegan Cupcakes, The Twelve Days of Christmas Inspired Cocktail, Vegan Caribbean Curry and Lavender Leg of Lamb.
