Sarah Dixon (b. 1973) is a woman and artist whose work plays with power structures enforced through myth, fairy tale and symbolic magic in our institutions and social structures. Using traditional and raw materials, and often through an evolutionary process of many small accumulations of work, she produces moving image, painted, and public collaborative art.

Basically, she's interested in rituals and how we can repurpose and re-examine them to make them serve humans better.
