I am a Nutritional Therapist, Naturopath and Yoga Teacher.

I work with busy people who want to take steps to improve their health, but not sure what to do - there is a lot of information out there! You might be interested in losing a bit of weight, have some digestive issues, or simply want to know what you need for a healthy balanced diet.

I offer advice to fit in your lifestyle while working towards your goals.

As a former solictior and primary school teacher, I understand the pressures of modern life and time constraints.

I am inspired to help you feel at your best.

About me

I see clients individually, run online courses, teach yoga, run health retreats, cooking demonstrations, health talks and am an Assistant Clinical Supervisor for the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM). I previously worked at health retreat centre.

I am a health writer and have had articles published by CNM, health magazines and other publications. I am a Feature Writer for BANT, writing technical papers for other practitioners. I have also featured on local BBC Radio Bristol.

I am also an experienced Yoga Teacher, teaching classes in Bristol and on retreats, and an Assistant Teacher on a Yoga Teacher Training Course.
