Bake Bread with Danielle of Severn Bites

Learn to bake bread the French way using local ingredients wherever possible. I trained as a professional bread baker at Ecole Banette over 5 months in France in 2014. My courses are suitable for complete beginners and for those with some experience. Personalised courses also available. 

Courses are for a maximum of 4 people and teach skills that can be replicated in your domestic kitchen.

Bespoke courses for professionals and those wishing to purchase a Rofco oven also available.
