The East Herts & Uttlesford office was established in July 2008 by its owner Mark Greatbatch, who has been delivering care services in the area since 1996. Mark first came into contact with Home Instead when he met Managing Director and UK Co-Founder, Trevor Brocklebank, at a United Kingdom Homecare Association Meeting in London in April 2008. In December 2010 Mark Greatbatch handed over the running of the East Herts & Uttlesford office to David Bassett.We are committed to ensuring that we build a fantastic team to provide the highest quality of care for our future clients and their families, giving peace of mind for all concerned.
