Birds on the Loose with support from Spirit of Yorkshire
Birds on the Loose are two cooks game for anything on the Yorkshire food scene.
They are Sue Nelson, founder of Yorkshire Food Finder and Yorkshire's Food Hero in 2016, and Gilly Robinson, private chef and Head Tutor at Malton Cookery School.
They love cooking in weird and wonderful places, the quirkier the better. They've cooked in a windmill, on a quayside, in a brewery, on an airfield runway - and are always on the lookout for somewhere new.
The pair always feature produce from Yorkshire's abundant larder and can tailor menus to suit the season, your taste, and your pocket.
