bonds. Hackney is the retail arm of multi-sensorial brand, Earl of East London. Being situated adjacent to their studio, bonds. not only stock the candle manufacturers own-brand products, but also those of local businesses, collaborators, partners and other likeminded independent creatives.

The idea behind bonds. is to include our community and give as many artists, brands, creators a platform to Hackney's local audience. Each product you'll find in our store, has a certain significance behind it and has a story of relevancy and connection attached to it. Functioning as both a store and a venue, bonds. hosts all manner of workshops, ranging from life-drawing to terrarium making, screen-printing to woodwork, as well as fully utilising the space to house launch parties, pop-up shops, lectures and everything in between.
