BOOST Life Skills delivers training of soft/employability skills into schools, academies and colleges throughout the UK.

We aim to prepare our training attendees for the future by providing interesting and innovative material, videos, discussion and activities. We support the organisations' careers strategy and specifically the Gatsby Benchmarks 5 & 6. BOOST are able to support the careers strategy across a multitude of activities within each of KS3, KS4 and KS5 activities with training delivered either onsite or via online.

The objective is to provide insight into the employability skills and why they’re so important, followed by a focus on bringing these employability skills to the fore.

BOOST Life Skills were awarded "BEST LIFE AND SOFT SKILLS ORGANISATION 2020" by SME News.

2020 and 2021 will not be kind to the employability skills development opportunities - never have employability skills been more important to give the students confidence and be better prepared for work experience, apprenticeships, the workplace generally or further education.
