Breathe For Transformation is a holistic wellness initiative founded by Ashwini Shannikodi, a certified yoga teacher and trauma-informed facilitator. After over 20 years of chronic migraines and 6 years of chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, and depression, Ashwini found healing through mind-body practices—including yoga, pranayama, meditation, movement, sound, and storytelling. Now, she shares these powerful tools with others through inclusive, accessible, and trauma-informed yoga and wellbeing sessions designed to support deep, sustainable healing.
What We Offer:
Our work is rooted in a person-centered, compassionate approach to mental health and physical wellbeing. We support individuals, small groups, charities, communities, and workplaces.
Yoga for Stress, Anxiety, Burnout, Chronic Pain, Fatigue, Insomnia & Migraines- Mindful, therapeutic yoga to soothe the nervous system and support long-term wellness.
Therapeutic Gentle Yoga for ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia & Long COVID: Low-impact, adaptive yoga including breathing exercises, gentle stretches, and relaxation. Designed to reduce pain, restore energy, and improve flexibility—offered as mat or chair-based sessions.
Trauma-Informed Yoga (Private or Small Group Sessions): Online or in-person (60–75 mins). Rooted in safety, choice, and empowerment. Supports trauma healing through stabilization, reconnection, and integration. Sliding scale available.
Pranayama & Deep Relaxation Techniques: Calm the mind, reduce stress, and build inner resilience with breathing and relaxation tools.
Therapeutic Private Yoga Sessions: Tailored 1:1 or 1:2 or small group of 3 members per sessions for anxiety, burnout, and chronic pain, grounded in trauma-informed care.
Chair-Based Group Yoga: Accessible sessions for all bodies, ages, and mobility levels.
Yoga Philosophy for Self-Inquiry & Mindset Shifts: Use ancient wisdom to explore patterns, build awareness, and support inner transformation.
