Bristol Reuse Network

Bristol Reuse is a network of organisations who have joined together to promote re-use and to work collaboratively to stop materials being thrown away, and find uses for them.

We think it's extremely important that you know about all the many ways your personal or business materials and unwanted resources can be reused before anything has to be recycled or, sadly, sent to landfill.

The benefits of re-use are massive and are social - providing jobs, training, skills, opportunities for play, crafts and making - as well as environmental. Here you will find details about each organisation who is part of this network. You will be directed to information about all the amazing projects in and around Bristol that mean your unwanted resources can be given a new life somewhere else with someone else. This includes used clothing sent all around the world to people who really need it, waste resources from businesses reused for children's play, unwanted wood that's collected and reused for new building projects and unwanted household items that find their way to a new home. Surplus food is distributed to people in need, and used for ethical catering.
