Building Her… is a network of women working together for women and girls, with the main objective of building on and tapping into the strengths of each woman.

Various projects for women and girls each with different aims but with the main objective of building women up.

Expertise and projects by the members of Building Her… include Relationships, Sexual Health, Self Esteem-awareness, Active Healthy Living, Life Coaching, Employability, Domestic Abuse, Mental Health Awareness, Public Speaking, Parenting, Mindfulfulness & Meditation.

With over 50 years of experience between them their mission is to raise the self esteem of women and young girls from disadvantaged, disengaged and vulnerable backgrounds.

From self-esteem to becoming her own boss there’s a workshop to Build Her Up.
