Cardiff Third Sector Council C3SC
Cardiff Third Sector Council (C3SC) is the County Voluntary Council (CVC) for Cardiff – the umbrella infrastructure organisation for the third sector in the City.
C3SC’s key role is to provide specialist advice, support, and information to local third sector organisations on issues that affect them, including funding and governance.
C3SC is the voice of the third sector in Cardiff. It facilitates third sector representation on strategic partnerships, including the Cardiff Partnership Board and its Programme Boards and Workstreams. It acts as a conduit for policy information, supporting networks around key themes and areas of interest, with the aim of ensuring that policy and decision makers understand the needs of third sector organisations in Cardiff.

Mae Cyngor Trydydd Sector Caerdydd (C3SC) yn Gyngor Gwirfoddol Sirol (CVC) ar gyfer Caerdydd – y sefydliad seilwaith ymbarél ar gyfer y trydydd sector yn y Ddinas.
Mae rôl allweddol C3SC yn darparu cyngor, cefnogaeth, a gwybodaeth arbenigol i sefydliadau lleol yn y trydydd sector ar faterion sy'n eu heffeithio, gan gynnwys cyllido a llywodraethu.
Mae C3SC yn lais y trydydd sector yng Nghaerdydd. Mae'n hwyluso cynrychiolaeth y trydydd sector ar bartneriaethau strategol, gan gynnwys Bwrdd Partneriaeth Caerdydd a'i Bwrddiau Rhaglen a'i Nethau Gweithio. Mae'n gweithredu fel canolfan ar gyfer gwybodaeth bolisi, gan gefnogi rhwydweithiau o amgylch themâu allweddol a meysydd o ddiddordeb, gyda'r nod o sicrhau bod gweithwyr polisïau a phenderfyniadau yn deall anghenion sefydliadau'r trydydd sector yng Nghaerdydd.
Ein gweledigaeth yw sector trydydd cryf, amrywiol a chysylltiedig yng Nghaerdydd.
