Carers Dorset Festival
Caring for Your Future is the focus of this Festival for Carer's Rights Day 2021
Carers Rights Day is held to make carers aware of their rights, ensure they know where to get help and support and to raise awareness of their needs.
The Festival will celebrate Carers Rights Day, bring together unpaid Carers and organisations across Dorset and to help them find out how to access the help and support they are entitled to. It will also provide a training opportunity for professionals with resources available to download following the event.
Are you providing unpaid emotional support, or helping someone with everyday household tasks like shopping or cooking? Do you transport someone to medical appointments? If so we would like to invite you to this Festival. Professionals are also welcome and encouraged to participate in the online sessions.
We have 30 online sessions to choose from and some live face to face events across Dorset.
