Carly Whitington

As a dedicated Spinal Energetics, Reiki, embodiment, yoga practitioner, and intuitive bodyworker (specialising in Swedish, Sports, Lymphatic and Intuitive massage), my practice is deeply rooted in my own lived experience of healing, transformation, and embodiment. Each modality I offer is delivered with depth, integrity, and a profound understanding of its unique medicine.

My journey began with a deep curiosity about the body—its mechanics, its nervous system, and its wisdom—which organically led me into the world of somatic healing, energetic modalities, and the tantric/yogic lineages. These teachings have become the foundation of my work, guiding how I hold space and support others on their own paths.

I am passionate about facilitating healing and personal growth, offering 1:1 sessions, online containers, group work, and immersive retreat experiences. I also hold fortnightly sister circles to create safe, connected spaces for women to explore unity, expression, and healing.

In addition, I support individuals—especially those in business—to align their nervous systems with success and abundance. Through this work, I help clients understand and activate the powerful connection between energetic alignment and real-world results, including enhanced magnetism, relationships, and growth.
