Caroline Homfray

Caroline Homfray teaches Tambour (amongst other things) at the Royal School of Needlework, and is known by her students for her patience, warmth and ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment. She loves to experiment with all sorts of crafts, as well as drawing and painting, and exhibits with the textile group Wey Valley Workshop. She also plays violi in a ukulele band, and teaches people how to listen.

She says 'I find all these activities blend well together. They share the common thread of listening, whether it be to thoughts, sound or materials, and a wish to make a little corner of the world more beautiful and fulfilling.
