Design Central UK was conceived over breakfast in Chelsea Harbour. Having spent over 10 years travelling to London to visit suppliers and see new collections, we thought it made sense to bring those companies and collections closer to interior designers.

Cath McCubbin, an experienced Interior Designer, understood how difficult it can be to step away from projects and make time for endless supplier appointments. The idea was simple. Create a space where designers could discover inspiring brands, explore new collections and have meaningful conversations, all in one place.

Starting in 2016 with just 20 companies, Design Central has continued to grow year on year and now welcomes well over 100 well known luxury interior brands.

Great care is taken in selecting beautiful venues that allow exhibitors to showcase their collections in thoughtfully curated surroundings. As the events continue to evolve, Design Central remains focused on creating an inspiring and welcoming experience for the design community.
