Over many years of coaching, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again: people do not lose confidence because their ability has disappeared. More often, they lose access to the evidence of what they have already handled, achieved, learned, and overcome.

That pattern led me to develop the Confidence Shelf — a practical tool that helps people recalibrate their confidence using real evidence, rather than relying on mood, comparison, or self-doubt.
