Hi, I'm Celine, founder of Your Best Fit

My aim is to encourage as many people as possible to move their bodies in the best way for them, reaping the physical and mental benefits of exercise.

I'm a Personal Trainer, specialising in functional movement and injury prevention & rehabilitation, who loves running. I want to help you make the most of every run you do, by creating a supportive and fun running fitness group.
