Centre 33 provides support for young carers and young adult carers under the age of 25 who live in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough.

Identifying and supporting young carers is everyone’s responsibility. We are here to help.

We know not all adults are confident to identify and support young carers.

The Capacity Building Team are here to develop strong working relationships with key partners to help raise awareness of young carers.

We provide knowledge, expertise, training and resources to enable professionals to identify and support young carers across services and settings.

Did you know?

• Most schools/colleges now have a Young Carers /Young Adult Carers Champion, which you can signpost young carers too.
• All GPs can now code YCs & YACs, please tell young carers and their families this!
• Young Carers & YACs can download a support app for FREE
• If young carers are 13+ they can come to Centre 33’s Drop-In
• Young Carers and Young Adult Carers have legal rights
• There are lots of services that may be able to support young carers/young adult carers and their families.
