Charlotte Wiseman @ Step-Inside Wellbeing

 Charlotte is a positive psychologist, mindfulness coach, yoga teacher and writer. She is renowned for her pioneering work in positive mental health and has been featured in The Journal for Public Mental Health as well as the Mirror and other publications. Her journey was far from straight forward but after years of struggling with her own physical and mental wellbeing challenges she committed to using the lessons she had learned to empower others to experience optimal wellbeing through Mind, Movement & Fuel.

YOGA - Charlotte is an Anusara Elements™ and Yoga Alliance certified teacher with 18 years of experience studying and practicing yoga internationally. Her classes bring a light humour to functional movement and alignment principles to ensure a safe practice that will leave you with a smile on your face.

MINDFULNESS - Having once been a skeptic herself Charlotte delivers practical and accessible classes and courses in mindfulness to suit the busy lifestyles of Londoners. She has been practicing for 10 years and completes her teacher training with the 'Godmother' of mindfulness, Dr Patrizia Collard. Charlotte also offers private and corporate mindfulness training.
