Cheerful Flows

Cheerful Flows conduct yoga and wellness classes and workshops at various locations in Birmingham. Lead by Charlene, events focus on helping people to improve fitness and mental health through various techniques, mainly focused on the practice of Yoga asana & breathwork. Whether conducted indoors or outside in nature our sessions will help to benefit mind, body and soul.

Our mission is to bring yoga & outdoor wellness events to more people to help everyone benefit from the joy of mindful movement.
