CHEF ELEETA TONG

Australian born Chef Eleeta has been in the UK since 2002. After stints in London kitchens and Street food sites,  she is proud to launch her Malaysian pop up called Rempah.

Meaning spice mix,  Eleeta draws on her Chinese-Malay heritage with influences from her Father and Ama (Grandma). 

New dishes like her vegan "no prawn crackers" or Keropok,  Achar pickles and faux meat seitan are new modern takes on hawker food.  Desserts are mostly vegan including her tea tarik cheesecake.
