Chris Avey
Chris has been cooking vegan and vegetarian food for over thirty years. As a qualified professional chef he has worked in various kitchens and earned national awards, culminating with taking on the running and ownership of River Green restaurant in January 2016. He enjoys using fresh local produce and local suppliers, taking River Green into the 'Proudly Norfolk' scheme in 2017.
