Californian by birth, I am a qualified 300-hour Yoga Alliance and British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) yoga instructor with my specialty  teaching Pre+Postnatal Yoga (BWY) and Yoga for Golfers. In addition, I hold International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) accreditation as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor. Teachers and mentors whom I have trained with are Jeff Phenix, Susannah Hoffman, Judy Cameron, Sylvie Hetu, and Katherine Roberts. My classes are light-hearted yet are challenging at any level. Focus is creating opportunities for my students to develop their own practice, be it during the pregnancy year and beyond or to improve golf performance in a comfortable and fun setting, to take off the mat.
