Coastal Wellbeing
Coastal Wellbeing
Established in 2013 to provide WRAP, other wellbeing services and professional training, Coastal Wellbeing is a not-for-profit social enterprise based in East Sussex.
Our aim is to support and encourage people of all ages and backgrounds to create positive change in their lives through WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Planning) and counselling.
What is Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP)?
WRAP is a simple, structured, self-management tool developed by Mary Ellen Copeland and a group of people who were looking for a better way to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
WRAP provides a framework to explore what we can do to maintain wellbeing.
Your WRAP is unique to you - you are the expert on yourself. WRAP is a way of planning for all aspects of life and can help you feel more in control.
Who is WRAP for?
Anyone who wants to create positive change in the way they feel, or increase their enjoyment of life. Anyone who is looking for ways to better manage their wellbeing and look after their health.
What do we offer?
We facilitate WRAP courses and run workshops for carers, local wellbeing services, and people in recovery from drug and/or alcohol addiction.
