Lou trained and specialises as a Life Coach Practitioner, Stress Management Consultant and Mastery Facilitator. Her approach is integrative and holistic and is rooted in more deep dive, creative, deeply transformational methods around mindset shifting as well as energy healing modalities. Lou has lived with a long term chronic health condition for many years and this led her to make it her life's purpose to offer others practical healing options that are proven to work that have helped her and others. She is also passionate about helping others connect to themselves and others, in ways that feel authentic, significant and life changing. Therefore her in person events are about healing and connecting people in fun, creative and meaningful ways.
She offers events that are bespoke but at the same time, cost effective with the emphasis being on offering quality, variety, fun and growth .Her events are usually run in London and greater London.
