CDN exists to enable the UK Broadcasting industry to increase diversity and inspire inclusion. We work with our members towards a broadcasting industry with equality at its core monitored through the world's first industry-wide data collection system, Diamond. Only 4.5% of those working off-screen in the UK television industry identify as disabled compared to 17% of working people in the UK which is why we run the Doubling Disability project, providing disability inclusion training to the industry.
