We are SPECS (Sparta and Peloponnese Early Career Scholars), a global network of early career researchers and part of CSPS (Centre for Spartan and Peloponnesian Studies). Our members study all aspects of the history, archaeology, and reception of Sparta and the Peloponnese in all periods.

We organise regular events, including webinars, mini-conferences, and a biennial multi-day international hybrid conference.
