Culture Of Impact initially started off as Prime Institute; a training, consulting and coaching firm for personal and professional skills development, with a particular emphasis on intercultural interactions and global collaborations. We helped businesses, leaders and their teams increase their global influence by bridging their cultural gaps, building meaningful strategic partnerships, and developing an inclusive positive mindset that cultivated into sustainable solutions with an inclusive impact to address some of today world’s complex problems.

We supported all aspects of design, development, and delivery of comprehensive programmers focused on inclusive leadership development, expat coaching, cultural intelligence, diversity and inclusion, cross-cultural communication & etiquette, and competence. With two main goals in mind: "to maximise potentials, to minimise frustrations".

Culture Of Impact is a strategy consultancy focused on broader sustainability issues to address some of the world's most complex challenges. COI partners with philanthropists, NGOs, foundations and impact investors to develop solutions and utilize processes, training programmes, strategies and tools to help them connect directly, transparently and with full control to humanitarian projects, social enthusiasts and social entrepreneurs.

In addition, they help multinational corporations integrate sustainable and high-impact solutions into their business models and as part of their CSR programmes, whilst optimising business performance and the bottom line. Their motto is "Turning Great Intention to Concrete Actions; through Sustainable Global Partnerships".

Prime Institute is now a wholly-owned subsidiary and the learning and development division of Culture Of Impact.

About the Facilitator
Sepideh Moussavi | is a passionate entrepreneur, founder of Prime Institute and Culture Of Impact and a senior corporate consultant.

Having spent her earlier career years as a learning and development professional and as an Interpreter & Intercultural Consultant for various UK government entities, civil and social services, as well as her own integrated cultural background, Sepideh thrives on collaborating with people across diverse cultures to do good. While she had spent 18 years working on multiple international assignments in corporate finance, project management, asset & investment planning, supply chain, and sustainability, she found her calling in philanthropic activities, intercultural coaching and impact investing.

Today, Sepideh facilitates a variety of workshops and training sessions to inspire, empower and elevate her clients globally to master emotional and cultural intelligence, social adaptability and aptitude to communicate effectively and fearlessly in pursuit of excellence in everything they do.

She credits her Persian-British background and years of travelling and living globally for the rich diversity she brings to her programmes and learning.
