CVN - part of the Chinmaya Mission UK

Chinmaya Mission exists to provide individuals from any background, the universal wisdom of Vedanta and the practical means for personal growth and development, enabling them to become positive contributors to society. Based in London, we are the UK centre of this global educational and service-oriented spiritual and charitable organisation.

Chinmaya Vidya Nagari  - ‘City Of Supreme Knowledge’ (CVN)

‘Chinmaya Vidya Nagari’ is our new residential and experiential retreat centre to study, reflect upon and practice Vedanta. It is a visionary project, conceived as a dedication to the founder of Chinmaya Mission, Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda, to mark the centenary of his birth in 2016. CVN serves as a place and space to practice the knowledge studied in Chinmaya Mission for spiritual aspirants in Europe. As a vision, resource and retreat centre it spans over acres of serene and picturesque landscape, and is located in a peaceful yet accessible part of Oxfordshire. Address: Chinmaya Vidya Nagari, Hanney Road, Steventon, Oxfordshire, OX13 6AP
