Cwlwm Seiriol - Menter Mon

The aim of this 'Create your Space' project is to reconnect people living within the Seiriol Ward with the natural environment. The project combines aspects of countryside management, farming, education and well-being to create and strengthen the bond between local communities and local green spaces.

Nod y prosiect 'Creu Eich Lle' hwn yw ailgysylltu pobl sy'n byw yn Ward Seiriol â'r amgylchedd naturiol. Mae'r prosiect yn cyfuno agweddau ar reoli cefn gwlad, ffermio, addysg a lles i greu a chryfhau'r berthynas rhwng cymunedau lleol a mannau gwyrdd lleol.
