Daniel James Nowland


My name is Daniel and I am a chef and lover of all things food related. I’ve spent the past eight years working in Jamie Oliver’s Food Team as his expert in food quality, animal welfare and sustainability. I now run The Southsea Deli, which will open in February 2018.

I have been hosting occasional supper clubs from my home in Southsea since 2016, which have proven extremely popular. From 2018, the venue will switch to my new shop premises, just around the corner. My aim is to champion local, seasonal and responsibly produced foods, providing a special and unique dining experience for groups of up to 14 people.
