Daniel James Nowland

Hello!

My name is Daniel and I am a chef and lover of all things food related. I’ve spent the past seven years working in Jamie Oliver’s Food Team as his expert in food quality, animal welfare and sustainability. Prior to that I have worked in the meat & livestock industry, and have had experience working in kitchens of all shapes and sizes.

I will be hosting occasional supper clubs from my home in Southsea, 100 yards from the Kings Theatre. My aim is to champion local, seasonal and responsibly produced foods, providing a special and unique dining experience for groups of up to 14 people.
