This is me, Daniel Vincent, before I discovered Low Carb Good Fat. Like most modern Westerners I started my day with Cereal, a mid-morning snack, sandwiches for lunch, then an evening meal - meat with a good serving of potato, pasta or rice. Every 6 months or so I would go on a health drive counting calories or adopting a high-carb low-fat diet, I'd lose 2-3kg before relenting to the hunger!
This is me now, this is not my "after" photo, I'm still on my journey, but I am 20kg and 8 waist inches down! In September 2016 I discovered the Low Carb Good Fat way of eating. After consideration, the science of this way of eating made perfect sense to me. In October 2016 I decided to make the change to this way of eating.
