Danielle at Severn Bites

Learn to bake bread the French way using local ingredients wherever possible. Courses are suitable for complete beginners and for those with some experience. Personalised courses also available. I trained as a professional bread baker at Ecole Banette over 5 months in France in 2014.

Courses are for a maximum of 4 people and teach skills that can be replicated in your domestic kitchen.

Bespoke courses for professionals and those wishing to purchase a Rofco oven also available.
