Danielle of Severn Bites - Breadbaker Danielle

I trained as a professional bread baker at Ecole Banette France in 2014. My courses teach techniques learnt in France and are suitable for complete beginners and for those with some experience. 

Courses are for a maximum of 4 people and teach skills that can be replicated in your domestic kitchen.

Bespoke courses for professionals and those wishing to purchase a Rofco oven also available.
