You're in safe hands: Dave is a Registered Career Development Professional and Fellow and former President of The Career Development Institute. He is founder of The Career Base Camp online career skills training platform, 1-2-1coach, speaker and soon to be author.

Much of the imagery you'll see Dave use is from mountaineering expeditions across the world as expeditioning provides great analogies for career journeys. Professionally he has previous careers in cartography, largely mapping Africa, and computer systems development in programming, business analysis, user support and project leading.
