DCMS Grade CD Staff Network

The CD Network is run by and for DCMS grade Cs and Ds, who can be found in a variety of different roles across the Department, from PAs to policy advisers.

The CD Network aims to:

• provide an opportunity for grades C/D to share skills, information and experience
• be tailored to the needs and interests of its members
• provide an opportunity to discuss concerns specific to these grades and how they can be mitigated
• offer information and contacts in other networks
• be productive, approachable, and helpful.

Co-chairs Alex Demetris and Emily Franks and the Network Committee are currently planning a Network launch event, which will be closely followed by the Network’s first full members meeting.
