Dementia Friendly Horsforth
Dementia Friendly Horsforth is a voluntary community association working to raise awareness and understanding in the community about dementia. We provide Dementia Friends sessions and encourage local organisations to become dementia-friendly. We are recognised by the Alzheimer's Society as a Dementia Friendly Community.
