Deniah Pachai of Lu Jong London

I was drawn to the beautiful simplicity of Lu Jong and soon discovered its tremendous physical and mental health benefits. I was looking for a yoga practice to teach to patients in my practice as a Medical Doctor, as I was becoming increasingly alarmed at the levels of illness that people were presenting with. I wanted to offer them an alternative to the illness pathway and encourage an exercise routine that was accessible to them.
The postures in Lu Jong are simple and easy to learn and require just 10-40 minutes a day of time commitment, and once learned, there is no need to attend a regular class.
The practice can be done in the comfort of one's own home, the office, in a park, on the beach or even in a hotel room. 
The Five Elements movements do not require any special equipment. For the rest of the practice, all you need is a yoga mat or blanket to sit on.

I have personally experienced the beneficial effects of Lu Jong in the last few years and I am truly grateful to Tulku Lobsang and Buddhism for the technology. I look forward to sharing this practice with you.
