I am an Executive Coach, Facilitator and Senior Consultant with 15 years’ experience, from on-to-one coaching to large scale programmes on Leadership and Management. I worked in various industries, cultures and parts of the world. I've a long experience in consulting projects too, as a specialist in soft skills, communication and Leadership development.
I am French, born and raised in Geneva (Switzerland) and living in London since 2005.
For many years, I have helped organisations and individuals to develop performance and ability to change through change of beliefs and perceptions. I am passionate about the connection between human behaviours and capabilities and how to find a way beyond limitations.
I started my journey in the development of Human potential in the early 90s, first as a Psychotherapist and then moved towards soft skills training and then coaching. Since 2006, I am spending most of my time and energy at helping organisations and people within it.
I contributed to the now classic book published by Routledge in 2010 called “101 Coaching Strategies and Techniques” in collaboration with the Association for Coaching (over 10.000 copies sold worldwide).
I am co-Author of a book published in 2016 called “Dare to Rise – Reshaping Humanity by Reshaping Yourself”
I just published another book in 2020, this time in French and called “The consciousness of the Wizard”
