Denise Hughes is a Women’s Health and Fitness Coach, Level 5 Sports & Remedial Massage Therapist, and a Medical Acupuncturist.

 Denise throughout her school years played on the hockey, netball & volleyball teams, represented Guildford City in swimming when younger and played Badminton for the Welsh Junior Team. In adult life Denise has continued to swim and run, taking part in many Parkruns events which resulted in receiving the milestone “50” Parkrun T-shirt in 2015. She is also a mum of three children.
