Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (DHCFT) is a leading provider of mental health, learning disabilities and substance misuse services in Derby city and Derbyshire county. We also provide a wide range of children’s services. We employ over 2,400 staff based in over 60 locations across the whole of Derbyshire. Across the county and the city, we serve a combined population of approximately one million people.

 

The Hartington Unit is located on the site of Chesterfield Royal Hospital in north Derbyshire and is one of Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's three campus (inpatient) services across Derby and Derbyshire. It consists of three adult and older adult acute inpatient wards namely Morton Ward, Pleasley Ward and Tansley Ward. The Hartington Unit also has an Outpatient Service, Memory Clinic, Community Mental Health Team, Occupational Therapy Team and a Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Service.
