Dimbleby Cancer Care

Dimbleby Cancer Care was established in 1966 following the death of Broadcaster Richard Dimbleby of testicular cancer the year before. For 50 years the charity has been at the forefront of pioneering cancer care,

In 2018 Dimbleby Cancer Care launched www.cancercaremap.org, an online directory of cancer care services to help anyone affected by cancer anywhere in the UK find help and support in their local area.

Dimbleby Cancer Care currently has two Information and Support centres based at Guy's Cancer Centre in London and the Dimbleby Macmillan Support Centre at Queen Mary's Hospital, Sidcup.

Since 2004 the charity has awarded over £2.7million in funding for national cancer care research.

The charity relies solely on public donations, fundraising and legacies to continue its work.
