Scouting in the and area provides fun, challenge and adventure to over 1200 young people aged 6 to 25 and is growing. We are part of the UK's biggest mixed youth organisation that has over 450,000 members.

We can change lives by offering unique experiences, everyday adventure and the chance to help others so that young people can make a positive impact in our community.

 Our mission is to help children and young adults reach their full potential by developing skills including teamwork, leadership, initiative, planning, communication, self-motivation, cultural awareness and commitment. We help young people to get jobs and sometimes even save lives.
